Might bring my own oil this round Meanwhile, can only monitor and pray .. Looking at this now - https://products.liqui-moly.com/top-tec-4500-5w-30-2.html Lazada is selling this 5L @ $138 now..

  8. Hi, just bought a pre-owned 2014 Jaguar XF 2.2D, brought it to my friend’s workshop for servicing. He used LiquiMoly Top Tec 4100 5W40 C3 spec engine oil and assured me that this is ok to use for this type of car. Not convinced, I went to check further and found that my ride can only take in C1 spec engine oil. Now question is should I bring to another workshop and change the engine oil immediately or wait until the next 8-10k mileage to change? Not sure what will happen if the engine continue running on existing oil.
